General Manager
As GM, you have the unique opportunity to run a business like it’s your own, but with corporate support and without the financial investment. Your excellent communications skills, customer service focus and experience managing people are critical to operating and marketing the Laser Quest experience. You thrive on creating a high energy, positive work environment and enjoy being part of a family-like company that offers world class systems and training. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years management experience in a service industry.

Manager
In partnership with the GM, you have strong customer service skill and the ability to inspire a team of people to deliver outstanding levels of customer service and fun. As a team leader, your responsibilities include supervising people, managing the delivery of the Laser Quest experience, and involvement in local marketing. If you have worked in a supervisory position in a fast-paced environment for 2-4 years, and can multi-task, you will be excited by the distinctive Laser Quest culture.

Assistant Manager
You enjoy working in a team environment, take pride in delivering an outstanding experience, and are looking to further develop your supervisory skills. Laser Quest’s training and work experience will be beneficial to your growth, and can potentially guide you through a career path at Laser Quest. You will be very involved in the operations of your centre. You enjoy interacting with people, and have 1-3 years experience in the service industry.

You are the LQ ‘Ambassador of Fun’, and you’re outgoing and energetic! You enjoy working in a casual environment, like getting up and talking to people, and love to learn new things. Flexible schedules allow you to keep up with your studies and earn while you learn. You enjoy interacting with Customers and team mates, and ideally, you have worked in the service industry or have been active in school or community committees.

Activities Coordinator
As the Activities Coordinator, you enjoy day time hours and a variety of responsibilities, such as answering phones, making follow up phone calls, organizing mailers and data entry. You enjoy talking to Customers on the phone, have excellent communications skills and you are both upbeat and professional. The flexible hours work in your schedule.
