One of Laser Quest’s key priorities is to provide comprehensive and interactive training programs. We love to promote from within so we are committed to training our Centre teams. We have set training programs for our part-time Crew, our Assistant Managers, Managers and General Managers. The Centre management team, certified Trainers (who have completed our Train the Trainer program) and home office personnel are all involved in training efforts.
Outside of our training programs upon hire or promotion, we offer continued skills training. For management, we hold Skills Enhancement Workshops at our home office in Mississauga, ON (just outside Toronto), which are hosted by our experts in Operations, Marketing, Human Resources and Technical Services. We also host an annual General Managers’ Conference, which is held at beautiful Niagara-on-the-Lake, near the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. It is a highlight for many, packed with learning and sharing and new found friendships.
The Learning Centre Library is available to all Employees and offers videos, books, audio CDs, as well as Workshops. Library resources may be used for personal development or used as training tools for management meetings, crew meetings, or one on one development.
